What to expect when our service technician comes to your site:
Reciprocating Compressor Service:
-Replace the air filter.
-Drain and replace oil per manufacturer specifications.
-Drain any accumulated water in the tank.
-Inspect the belts for wear and proper tension.
-Inspect the belt guards.
-Inspect Safety pressure relief valve.
-Inspect near compressor piping.
-Inspect the auto-drain (if equipped) for proper operation.
Rotary Screw/Rotary Vein Compressor Service:
-Replace the air filter.
-Replace the oil filter.
-Replace the air/oil seperator.
-Drain and replace oil per manufacturer specifications.
-Drain any accumulated water in the tank.
-Inspect the belts for wear and proper tension.
-Inspect Safety pressure relief valve.
-Inspect near compressor piping.
-Inspect the auto-drain (if equipped) for proper operation.
